CTA Entry for the Rummy Nose Tetra
This is my first ever shadowbox. I loved working on this! ^^

Image is apx. 8x10 inches within a wood frame. 8 layers, lined with micron fineliner and colored using prisma color markers. Layers were drawn on parchment cardstock, and cut using an exacto knife. LED lights installed in top of last layer. I also added crystal beads to simulate bubble effects.
Whole project start to finish took approximately 30 hours.

The idea was to make it look like a fish aquarium and I used my own aquarium here at home as the model. There are 8 rummy nose tetra, an angel fish and a nerite snail in this little 'tank' along with the rummy nose tetra bean.
